Toronto, Ontario - April 16, 2009 - I have recently been contemplating to purchase a bicycle. The only thing really stopping is pure fear to be honest. Toronto is slowly becoming more and more friendly, but I still am not convinced that the streets of Toronto are safe for peddlers.
